Stephan Yhann
Stephan Yhann is De Novo Law’s Founding Attorney. Stephan started De Novo Law because he believes justice is not just for wealthy people and huge corporations—it’s a basic right that makes our legal system work. He established De Novo Law to provide high-quality, affordable legal services tailored to the specific needs and budget of each client.
Stephan attended the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle. During law school, he interned for judges in western Washington’s federal court and the Washington Supreme Court. After graduating, he spent two years in Spokane clerking for judges in Washington’s Court of Appeals.
Stephan is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington and Oregon. He has represented dozens of business owners, corporations, and individuals in state and federal courts across the Pacific Northwest. He has also donated hundreds of hours of pro bono work to help low-income clients in the Pacific Northwest. Stephan believes that everyone deserves an advocate, and that no one should have to choose between crushing legal costs and walking into court alone. He has dedicated his practice to fighting for independent business owners and working people.
